Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
You received a damaged product.
You received the wrong item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product is incomplete or missing parts.
To be eligible for a return:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The original packaging must be retained.
You must provide your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product ordered by the customer
Color variations caused by screen settings
Minor handmade imperfections
Customized or personalized products
Gift cards
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include: Order Number
Photos of the damaged product
Photos of the packaging
An unboxing video (recommended)
After verification, we will offer one of the following:
Replacement
Store Credit
Full Refund (if replacement is not possible)

Once your return request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Bank processing times may vary.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

International Orders
For international customers:
Import duties, customs charges, VAT, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns from international locations are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

As a result, slight differences in:

Finish
are natural and should not be considered defects.
These characteristics make each piece unique.
